At Calisto, we are committed to provide our patients with exceptional, non-surgical rejuvenation in a discrete, safe manner in the comfort of your own home. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we have devised the following protocols for our founders, providers, and patients to ensure the safest experience possible.

Protocols For The Safety Of Our Patients and Our Staff

 

These protocols are to be strictly adhered to by our founders and trained medical providers.

As our patient, please inform us if you have any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever

  • Sore Throat

  • New Cough

  • Nasal Congestion

  • Muscle Aches

  • Loss of Taste or Smell

  • Recent domestic or international travel to an area with an outbreak of a known contagious condition and not completing the isolation and quarantine recommendations as set by the CDC

It is our trained, medical provider’s responsibility to communicate the above issues prior to seeing patients so that resolution may be found.

All clinical providers will have access to the proper PPE gear as set by CDC guidelines. All providers will be required to wear gloves, N-95 masks, and protective eyewear.

It is imperative that our patients wear a face mask during their appointment. If you do not have a mask we will ensure that you are provided with one. Your temperature will be taken upon intake and you will be asked to complete our COVID questionnaire. 

We will require a credit card on file to schedule all appointments as we want to make our checkout process as contactless as possible. Patients who cancel their appointment due to illness are required to wait a minimum of two weeks to reschedule.
